nevisdata, LLC reserves the right to update and change these terms without notice. Violation of any terms may result in the termination of your account.

Account terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account, and you must use the service legally.

You must provide accurate information during signup and keep your credentials secure. Automated registrations are not permitted.

Payment and refunds

The service includes free and paid plans. Upgrades or downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle. Downgrading may cause loss of features. All fees are exclusive of taxes.

Cancellation and termination

You are responsible for canceling your account via the Settings page. Upon cancellation your content will become inaccessible and may be deleted after 30 days. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason.

Modifications to the service and prices

The company may modify or discontinue the service (temporarily or permanently) with or without notice. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
